Sponsored Institutions
The Sisters of the Divine Savior sponsor institutions
that support our charism and mission, the needs of society
and our Church. Our sponsorship is a means of influencing
the mission, character and philosophy of those institutions.
Sponsorship describes the relationship between our
religious community and our ministries.
It signifies a bond or promise to focus on
mission, stewardship, the dignity of each person and
lay leadership within each of our sponsored
institutions. Our sponsorship role is rooted in the
mission of Jesus and the Church, to be a sign or
witness to God’s saving work. We sponsor by standing
with and supporting each of our institutions listed
below.
Divine
Savior Healthcare, Portage; Divine
Savior Holy Angels High School, Hadley
Terrace Senior Apartments and St.
Anne’s Salvatorian Campus ,all in Milwaukee.
Collaboration with laypersons has been an integral part
of our mission and ministries. This partnership continues
to be part of our apostolic work. In the United States,
our ministries include education, health care, housing,
religious formation, spiritual direction, pastoral care
and social work.
