Celebrate the Unity

As we gather together today, we pray, hoping to become more aware of the wholeness and holiness that are ours by our very identity as human persons, by virtue of our creation at the hand of a loving God, and by the power of the dream that lives within us.

We celebrate the unity with our past and our future within ourselves and with each other, with the larger communities of which we are a part, with our ministry and with our world.

We invoke the Spirit and live-giving presence, to inspire and sustain us today, to weave connections among us, linking us and our work together so that we may be strengthened from within and without. We ask this in the name of Christ.
