Beginning the Journey Towards Christ

Advent, the season of anticipation and watching, searching and sharing is here. Deep within the stillness of our hearts, Lord, we wait, and begin our watch for Your coming and the fulfillment of our hope and trust. The manifestations of Christ at His birth cannot be seen or understood in isolation from the whole of His life and ministry, His death and resurrection. Let us begin this holy season in prayer and times of silence so that we may prepare once again for the coming of Christ, God's only Son.
