The Sisters of the Divine Savior are active in a number of different areas, both in the United States and in other parts of the world. Our ministries throughout the United States include education, health care, religious formation, pastoral care, social work, peace and justice, arts and apostolate of prayer.
Sponsored Ministries
The Sisters of the Divine Savior sponsor institutions that support our charism and mission, the needs of society and our Church. Our sponsorship is a means of influencing the mission, character and philosophy of those institutions.
Sponsorship describes the relationship between our religious community and our ministries. It signifies a bond or promise to focus on mission, stewardship, the dignity of each person and lay leadership within each of our sponsored institutions. Our sponsorship role is rooted in the mission of Jesus and the Church, to be a sign or witness to God’s saving work.
Collaborative Ministries
Collaboration with laypersons has been an integral part of our mission and ministries. This partnership continues to be part of our apostolic work.
