Divine Savior Healthcare

Divine Savior Healthcare has served the health care needs of Portage and surrounding communities since 1917. Today, the Divine Savior Healthcare campus encompasses a state-of-the-art hospital completed in 2003 and the Tivoli facility completed in 2010. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency services, urgent care, paramedic-level ambulance service, a birthing center, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient services, a family practice clinic and outreach clinic, as well as rehabilitation services. Tivoli at Divine Savior Healthcare is a 120-bed residential facility designed to provide short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing and assisted living to the community. Residents enjoy private bedrooms with full baths and beautiful common spaces with numerous amenities. And underground pedestrian passageway connects the two facilities to provide convenient access to the continuum of Divine Savior Healthcare services.
