Catholic Sisters Week: Principled Women
by Eileen Gleeson
It has been such a privilege to work for the Salvatorian Sisters for over 30 years. Throughout all the ups and downs of my career at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, I have always taken comfort in knowing that your mission underlies everything I do. Working for such compassionate, intelligent, principled women is an honor. Thank you so much for all you do to make this world a better place.
Dearest Sr. Virginia Honish, thank you so much for your wonderful leadership throughout so much of my time at DSHA. You were undoubtedly the most wise, caring, and thoughtful boss anyone could ever have. Your support and guidance helped me to be the best teacher I could be. With your support I was able to have an impact on countless young women and have a career that makes me proud. I miss you here at DSHA, but when things get rough, I often hear your voice in my head helping me to find my way.
Let’s show the Salvatorian Sisters we call our friends, family, and mentors, our love and appreciation during Catholic Sisters Week.
This Catholic Sister Week, March 8-14, take time to express your gratitude for the living Salvatorian Sisters who have positively impacted your life. All messages, reflections, and photos will be shared with the Sisters and have the potential of being shared on our website & social media during Catholic Sisters Week.
