The Salvatorian Pastoral Care for Children (SPCC) program is a faith-based ministry of the Sisters of the Divine Savior in the Philippines, dedicated to protecting children and women from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
In vulnerable communities, many children suffer in silence. Through SPCC, local parishes become places of safety, healing, and hope—where children are seen, valued, and protected. Since 2001, the program has helped hundreds of children find support, justice, and a path forward.
SPCC works by empowering parishes to take an active role in safeguarding children, forming networks of trained advocates who respond directly to the needs within their communities.

- Parish-based model that integrates child protection into everyday Church life
- Training of Child Rights Advocates (adults, youth, and children) to identify and respond to abuse
- Counseling, spiritual care, and legal referrals for victims and families
