Members of the Salvatorian Family met to pray with Sr. Liza as she embarks on her new mission.

Sister Liza Segleau, SDS, will devote the next three months in Bogota to prepare for the opening of the Guatemalan Mission Initiative on September 8. She’ll be working together with three Salvatorian Sisters from Colombia and our two Brazilian provinces.  The hope for this three-year initiative is to begin active ministry by the end of 2016 with local women who are interested in religious formation. Salvatorians from Spain already have a presence in Guatemala with a program much like our Jordan Ministry in Tucson. Long term, we hope to have local women and men religious carry on the mission into the future.

For now, we ask for your prayers especially for Sr. Liza’s journey of faith and trust in Providence.
