June 19, 2014
Sister Francis Quiñones, SDS is visiting from the Sisters of the Divine Savior Colombian Province in South America. This year she has been living in Milwaukee, Wis., while taking classes to improve her English. Sister Francis has a degree in literature and language studies, with a focus on Spanish. During her 25 years with the Salvatorian Sisters in Colombia, she has taught high school Spanish and religion classes, served as province secretary and treasurer, and worked in formation of new members. When she returns to Colombia in fall, Sister Francis will resume her formation ministry with young women preparing for vowed religious life as Salvatorian Sisters.
